耶穌為何揀選猶大？

  1. 舊約預言
    • To fulfill Scripture: Scriptures cannot be broken.

  2. 罪亦可為神所用
    • Even horrific sins serve the saving purposes of God in His sovereign plan.
    • 徒 4:27-28
  3. 得救的信心不是宗教活動
    • Saving faith is not the same as religious activity.
    • 太 10:1-4, 7:22-23
  4. 神的主權 (預定揀選) 不會削弱人的責任
    • Sovereignty (Predestination) does not undermine human responsibility.
    • 約 6:64-65, 17:12；太 27:4
  5. 對金錢的滿足腐蝕我們的靈魂
    • Satisfaction in money corrupts our souls.
    • 約 12:4-6

每週五日讀經計劃

一般來說，每天讀經有兩種方式：
  • 慢讀（Reading for Intimacy）
    • 為了親近神的研讀和默想小部分經文。
  • 快讀（Reading for Familiarity）
    • 為了熟悉整本聖經的快速大量閱讀。
這兩種方式對於基督徒的靈命成長都是需要的。
“每週五日讀經計劃” 屬於快讀，好處是：
  • 按着聖經事件發生的時間順序閱讀。
  • 一年讀完整本聖經。
  • 每週五日的閱讀剩下週末兩天自行調整。

上帝揀選我們的美意

“Ultimately, we’re redeemed not because of our worthiness but because of the worthiness of Christ. God is gracious to me in order to reward One who does deserve a reward—His only begotten Son. Do you see the intersection here of grace and justice? It is right or just that Christ should receive an inheritance, and we are that inheritance. That we are that inheritance is grace for us and justice for Christ.”
