Cong Fang

耶和華如此說：“智慧人不要因他的智慧誇口，勇士不要因他的勇力誇口，財主不要因他的財物誇口。誇口的卻因他有聰明，認識我是耶和華，又知道我喜悅在世上施行慈愛、公平和公義，以此誇口。” 這是耶和華說的。

Thus says the Lord: “Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the Lord.”

“In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”

“Forgiveness is not an occasional act, it is a constant attitude.”

“Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

       信仰是建立在使徒和先知的根基上面；
       盼望是建立在上帝的信實和應許上面；
       愛心是建立在聖靈的澆灌和基督的榜樣上面。

       今天我們看見教會沒有能力，因為我們看的是外表，我們靠的是物質，我們怕的是政權，我們走的是有錢人給我們的憐憫。

       原先的教會不是如此：施洗約翰指責希律王，耶穌責備法利賽人… 因為這些最偉大的聖徒、先知、以及主耶穌基督自己，祂只有討上帝的喜悅，祂只有討上帝寶座上的喜悅，所以教會就在這樣的狀況中間興旺起來了。

       初期的教會跟隨耶穌基督：沒有政治背景、沒有宗教倚靠、沒有經濟後盾、沒有社會地位。約翰在那裡講道，他在曠野呼喊。上帝的靈就感動了千萬不同鄉村、城市的人，一同到他的面前來領受神的話語。你要記得基督教是這樣開始的。

       你要記得保羅的頭是被砍下來的。
       你要記得彼得是被倒釘十字架的。
       你要記得司提反是被石頭打死的。

       當我們低頭的時候，我要嚴肅地問：”有哪一個說我要以身作則，用生活高舉耶穌基督，讓基督居首位，無論上下，使很多人受我的影響，使人心歸於上帝。這樣的人把手舉起來。”
