读经 & 多巴胺

“人所能感受到的快乐值，应该是多巴胺量 (dopamine) – 阈值 (threshold)。随着多巴胺分泌更多，阈值也随之提高。比如吃一顿美食，多巴胺分泌 500，阈值 100，快乐值就是 400。但如果再吃同样的美食，阈值就可能提高到 200，这时快乐值就只有 300。阈值越来越高，快乐越来越少。所以人们需要不断地寻找更多更强烈的物质刺激，才能让自己保持快乐。
“但是读圣经能够降低人的阈值。举个例子，一个富豪买个私人飞机，多巴胺分泌 1000，但他的大脑由于长时间物质刺激，阈值已经提高到 900，那么他的快乐值就是 100。同比之下，一个信徒吃顿火锅，多巴胺分泌 200，但由于读经祷告、赞美上帝，他的阈值降低到 20，那么他的快乐值就是 180，反而比那个富豪多。”

耶稣为何拣选犹大？
